New Horizon Code Is Now Working Towards ISO 27001 Certification

Today, we are pleased to share an important milestone in that journey. We are now formally working towards achieving ISO 27001 certification, which is the internationally recognised standard for information security management.

This certification is not simply a badge or a requirement. It reflects the values we operate by. Our customers place significant trust in us, particularly within the NDIS, Child Safety and broader care sectors, where security and reliability are essential. Working towards ISO 27001 ensures that our internal systems, controls and operational processes align with globally accepted security best practices.

The Trust Portal will continue to expand over time. As we progress through the certification journey, new documents, summaries and insights will be added. Our goal is to provide clear visibility into how we prioritise and protect the data entrusted to us.
