Report a vulnerability.
Found a flaw in one of our products? Submit a coordinated disclosure through our dedicated researcher program. We follow responsible disclosure and credit researchers who help us improve.
Report a compromised account.
Suspect your account or a customer's account has been breached, accessed without authorisation, or is being used for fraud? Submit the urgent report and our team will triage immediately.
Unlock a user account. Account locked after too many sign-in attempts, or an admin disabled it? Tell us the details and we'll restore access.
Reset multi-factor auth. Lost your authenticator device or recovery codes? We'll verify your identity over a separate channel and reset MFA.
Suspicious login activity. See unfamiliar devices, sessions, or locations on your account? Flag it and we'll investigate the access logs.
Data access request. Lodge a Data Subject Access Request to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Data transfer or portability. Transfer account ownership, migrate workspace data, or receive an export in a portable format.
Data deletion request. Exercise your right to erasure. We'll confirm what's deletable vs. legally retained and walk you through next steps.
Report an employee. Suspected impersonation, conduct concern, or someone using a revoked NHC ID? Use the dedicated confidential intake.
