Introduction
2023 marked a pivotal year for New Horizon Code. Rather than chasing distractions or spreading ourselves thin, we doubled down on what mattered most — building software that solves real problems for real people. This was the year of focus, refinement, and pushing our product standards even higher.
Diversity Sync’d
Our primary focus throughout 2023 was Diversity Sync’d. We committed ourselves to turning it from a promising prototype into a production-grade platform. The product underwent multiple iterations, each informed by direct feedback from the people using it daily. We built out advanced permission structures, integrated critical third-party services, improved performance, and made the experience feel more intuitive and accessible. By the end of the year, Diversity Sync’d was not just a product — it became a vital tool used by organisations in the NDIS and child safety sectors to streamline their operations and deliver better outcomes.
Looking Ahead
With a solid product foundation in place, we’re entering 2024 with momentum. The lessons learned and infrastructure laid in 2023 have positioned us to scale our offerings, introduce new features, and continue innovating in the space. As always, our focus remains on solving meaningful problems through thoughtful design and reliable technology.
