Introduction
2024 was a year defined by momentum. Building on the groundwork laid the year prior, we saw the fruits of our focus begin to emerge. Several major milestones came into view — and with them, new opportunities to evolve our offering, expand our reach, and push ourselves creatively and technically.
Diversity Sync’d Nears Launch
Our flagship platform, Diversity Sync’d, moved closer to public release. We dedicated the year to refining user flows, tightening security, and expanding functionality across key areas like permission controls, logging, and integration with Microsoft and Zendesk. By year’s end, we had a stable release candidate in place and were onboarding select users into the final testing phase — a major milestone in a multi-year journey.
Carey Reaches Version One
After months of iteration, we released v1 of Carey — our plan management tool purpose-built for the NDIS. Designed to simplify fund tracking, staff coordination, and client management, Carey went live with core features in place and received immediate traction with early partners. The product is now in active use, and we continue to shape its roadmap based on direct feedback from the field.
Launching Syrup.dev
With two growing products in-market, 2024 was also the year we officially launched our product studio — Syrup.dev. Built to help others bring ambitious ideas to life, Syrup has already delivered high-end MVPs, internal tools, and custom platforms for fast-moving teams. It reflects everything we’ve learned about building well-designed, technically sound software — and puts that expertise in the hands of more founders and organisations.
Looking Ahead
2025 is all about scale. With Diversity Sync’d and Carey both live, and Syrup helping clients deliver bold ideas faster, we’re entering our most exciting chapter yet. Our focus will stay where it’s always been — delivering real value through elegant, powerful products — but with more firepower and a growing community around everything we build.
